We named it as “翼之友's Amazing Race”…
After planned it for some time, finally we decided our first destination…
1st station - Kek Lok Si Temple in PenangIt is one of the best known temples on the island.
On the other hand, it is also the largest Buddhist temple in Southeast Asia.
First we took a bus from Sungai Petani local bus station to Butterworth…
Then we took ferry to Penang Island…
This time we had 10 people going along…
Other than our gang members, Eeling and Kinnery also followed us…
on the way...
Before going to our destination, we went for breakfast in a shop nearby…
Then we headed towards the temple…
We got up to the upper part with a small cable car…
At there, we can find the 12 zodiac statue…
They are rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog and pig.
All of us attracted with it…
And we can notice that all the camera we brought flash non-stop…
Most of us trying to take pictures with all 12 the statue there…
But because short of time, we just managed to have pictures with our own zodiac statue and a few selected …
We have so much fun at there…
We keep on taking pictures, laughing and speaking loudly… hehe…
I think most of the tourist they will had the thought that they had met with the people just realised from Tanjung Rambutan (a mental hospital)… haha…

Since it was the year of tiger, we can't forget of it...
After that, we had Penang famous Laksa as our lunch…
But just five of us ate the Laksa… the others just had drinks…
According to them, they were so hot until they lost their appetite…^^
Well, the Laksa taste not bad. But its portion is a bit small for us…
Never mind, we will had other food later…

Chee Hong wanted to buy new formal cloth…
But too bad he can’t found what he likes…
So, we walked for about 5 minutes to the stall beside the road for cendol …
Then we walked back to Kamdar again…
(We just ignore the hot sun and just enjoying walking here and there… hehe…)
We came back to IPSAH around 10.30 p.m. …Claps for us….
Finally managed to come back before the main gate close…
“Thx” to the taxi driver who drives so fast to let us made it for the last ferry…
Our heartbeat increases when we sat in his taxi…
Not because of the last ferry but his driving skill… haha…
Anyway, I’m really enjoying this trip…
Now I’m looking forward for the next destination…
